Montare was exclusively offered this opportunity to work with Newhall Projects to deliver a number of high quality homes on this multi award winning site, renowned for its striking contemporary design and innovative style of high density living.

The site is one of the last remaining land parcels forming part of the original masterplan. 

Working within the Newhall Projects Design Guide, Montare reinterpreted the parcel of land which previously had planning consented for a block of apartments to now provide seven high quality, environmentally sustainable and contemporary designed town houses. 

Our planning application for was granted in July 2022 and we are now in the process of discharging the various planning conditions ready to start on site before the end of the year.  We expect the units will be released for sale early autumn 2023, register for further information.
